Instructions for using the RRVV Membership Platform

To join as a new member

  1. Click on the ‘Join Here’ menu option at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down the screen to the type of membership you require, then click on Subscribe.  
  3. Click on Register to create a new subscription.
  4. Enter your details in the registration form, tick the box ‘I’m not a robot’, then click on Register.  Click the next box to confirm your subscription. 
  5. Enter your payment details, then click on Submit Payment.
  6. Complete your registration details. For Retirement Village, click on Complete, select your village (or select TBA if you are not yet living in a village), then click on Save. 
  7. Complete your Postal Address -  Under the Address heading, click on the ‘+New’ button, then select type of address (usually this will be Home Address), then start entering your address in the search box. The system will display addresses for you to select and click if matching details are found. If a matching address is not displayed, you may enter your address manually.
  8. When your address details are completed, click on Save.

Your Account Settings

Log in using  your Username (RRVV Membership Number OR email address), then enter your password. 

Your dashboard will display icons for My Settings and Service Desk.

Click on the My Settings icon. The menu on the left-hand side provides options to review and update your details including payment settings, address, subscriptions and invoices. There is also an option to change your password.

Service Desk

Members may request assistance from RRVV by logging a ticket in our Service Desk.

Click on the Service Desk icon on your dashboard,  then click on Create New Ticket.

Enter details of your request in the form provided, selecting the required Severity, Category and preferred contact method from the drop-down lists provided.   The Subject should be brief but meaningful.  The Summary should have more detail.

Save the ticket. It will be assigned automatically to an RRVV committee member who will contact you to follow up on your request. 



If you require assistance or wish to arrange a presentation at your village, log in and click on the Service Desk icon on your Membership Dashboard to create a new ticket.
