This page provides instructions for how to join as a new member, how to manage your account settings and how to log a request for assistance using Service Desk. You may download a document with more detailed instructions if you prefer.
Log in using your Username (RRVV Membership Number OR email address), then enter your password.
Your dashboard will display icons for My Settings and Service Desk.
Click on the My Settings icon. The menu on the left-hand side provides options to review and update your details including payment settings, address, subscriptions and invoices. There is also an option to change your password.
Members may request assistance from RRVV by logging a ticket in our Service Desk.
Click on the Service Desk icon on your dashboard, then click on Create New Ticket.
Enter details of your request in the form provided, selecting the required Severity, Category and preferred contact method from the drop-down lists provided. The Subject should be brief but meaningful. The Summary should have more detail.
Save the ticket. It will be assigned automatically to an RRVV committee member who will contact you to follow up on your request.
