Nominate to be on RRVV's committee
We encourage you to nominate for committee for 2025/26, with elections to be held at the AGM. There are four officeholder roles (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and five general committee roles available.
To nominate, you will need to complete a Nomination Form (click here). If you would like more information, you can reach out to president@rrvv.org.au or you can contact RRVV Office (Tel: 9015 8402 or email office@rrvv.org.au).
Complete a Proxy Vote
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can complete a proxy vote (click here for the form). Joint Memberships are able to submit 2 proxy forms, one for each person. Completed proxy forms are due by 21 October 2025.
Proposed Amendments to RRVV Rules of Association
A few minor changes have been proposed to the RRVV Constitution to bring it up-to-date and to reflect the discontinuation of the “Life-time membership” option (existing Life memberships will be honoured).

Whole of Village Membership for 26/27
Whole of Village Membership and the proposed membership fee increase for the 2026-2027 financial year can be reviewed here. The proposed increase represents a 6% increase (rounded to the nearest 10 dollars). In addition, a reduced fee for half year applications has been introduced. All other plan details remain unchanged.
